Appointments
•What products do you use?
I proudly use All Nutrient's Organic hair color. It contains none of the following harmful ingredients often found in other color lines: Sulfates, Gluten, Parabens, Formaldehyde, Cocamide MEA, DEA, Triclosanes, Propylene glycol, Carcinogens, phthalates, chemical chelators, EDTA, pesticides, fungicides, herbicides. In business since 1984, locally made in Manchester, NH, sourcing ingredients that are sustainably harvested and ethically sourced straight from ecosystems such as the amazon rainforest. As far as hairstyling products, I try different things often and am always on the lookout for what is best for your hair.
•What's the easiest way to book?
Please utilize my online booking option. If you are a new guest and not sure what to book I am happy to help navigate that, just reach out via email. If you are a new guest, please be sure to have filled out the consult form after you have requested your appointment. This helps to ensure I am fully prepared for your appt, have the correct timing, etc.
•Should my hair be clean or dirty?
As a guest in my chair, your hair will be clarified before the service to ensure we eliminate any buildup in the hair that could effect the service. Moving forward if you'd like to save time at your appointment, I'm happy to share some pre-service clarifying shampoo recommendations.
•Where are you located?

Located conveniently off rt 93 in the plaza next to Target. There is always plenty of parking in the plaza and it is free.
•What payments are accepted?
Cash, checks, and all major credit cards. Please note if you are planning to leave gratuity, that will be accepted in the form of cash only.
Cancellation Policy
Please allow at least 48 hours for a cancellation. This allows me some time to fill the appointment. If you do cancel within 48 hours, a charge may be applied of 50% of the appointment if I am unable to fill the appointment. If you cancel/no show the same day, you may be charged up to 80% of the services scheduled.
Etiquette
•Please note, politics will not be a topic discussed in my chair. I respect everyones opinions but lets keep it light. Everyone is entitled to their opinions, but my chair is not an acceptable place to speak on this matter. Thank you.
•Please be on time for your appt. Of course unforseen events may come up, and I will do my best to accommodate the services booked based on the time we have once you arrive. If you are going to be later than a few minutes, please text me and let me know. I do my best to run on time, but sometimes I run late as I cannot always predict someones hair and how it may process. I will always do my best to let you know ahead of time.
•Work remotely and plan to get some work done in the salon? Be our guest. Wifi is provided, so feel free to do whatever you need to do while getting your hair done!
